meet the market void between contractors and design
consultants in the day to day running of commercial,
industrial buildings and shopping centres.
Engineering Overview Pty Ltd. has 28 years experience in,
contracting, mechanical consultancy, owner’s representation,
and real estate property management providing a wealth of
knowledge for the day to day operations of commercial
buildings and shopping centres.
Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)
The Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations place a “duty of care” on employers and those in control of a place of work to provide a safe environment for employees and the public. Those in control of a work place include tenants and landlords. Individuals also have a “duty of care” under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Individuals as well as employers can be held responsible for failing to meet their “duty of care”.
