Gardening Overview
A client was receiving complaints that the grass in front of the building was dying during the summer months. The gardener had increased the watering regime and the fertiliser yet the grass was still dying.
Engineering Overview checked the water consumption over the year and confirmed that the water consumption had increased. On inspection of the building at different times of the day we found that the late afternoon sun was reflecting off the building and burning the grass.
We recommended paving the effected area of grass and reducing the watering regime. The saving in water consumption was $2,000.00 pa.
